Each license entitles one named user (one Google account) to use the purchased Chart Library. In Google Data Studio terms that means one report owner. 

For a document with multiple editors, all editors will be able to manipulate the charts. The license is only refers to the report owner.

As with all Google Data Studio documents you may share your reports with others. This does not mean that other users can copy the charts into their reports. Each chart owner must have a license.

There are no restrictions on sharing your reports that contain r42 library charts.

Licenses are currently only available in semi-annual (6 months) and annual periods. For any other licence request or for custom development, please contact us.

Annual licenses may be transferred once per year. Semi-annual licenses may not be transferred. This means, you will have to cancel your subscription and start a new subscription with the new licence email address. 

You will also need to change the report owner of all reports using the r42 library charts.

Once you have downloaded and received your license key, you can simply refer to our Usage Guides for more detailed answers.

It will be as easy as a copy-paste and you will also get a URL (manifest path) for each chart.

You can use our charts with all data sources that are supported by Data Studio. 

Each chart can accept a specific number of metrics and dimensions. Please have a look at the usage guide of each chart.

Some training will be made available via youTube video (links to come). You may contact us to inquire about any specific training need you may have.

Yes, subscriptions are auto-renewing. You can cancel a subscription at any time.

Yes, the r42 library charts are in fact custom visualizations and differ in several ways from the built-in charts.

The most important differences are that these charts currently do not work in embedded reports and do not work with data controls.

Certain other features, like data drill-down are not supported out-of-the box either.
